About Bay House Condominiums

Completed in 1981, the Bay House Condominiums are nestled in the coastal bend area of Texas. Located by Little Bay, most condos face Canoe Lake and the Harbor Oaks Community. Our complex of 118 condos sports three swimming pools, a tennis court and a boat slip for each unit. Bay House is minutes away from restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. Cruise the canals or fish off of your dock, your catch can be easily cleaned at one of our five fish cleaning stations located on the canal side. Bay House is self-run by owners elected for a three-year term. Our elected Board of Directors employ a management team consisting of a property manager and an office manager that are on site weekdays.
