Established in 1981 along the Texas Coastal Bend, Bay House Condominiums is a private waterfront community defined by careful stewardship, water access, and long-term ownership.

With 118 residences, the community offers a quiet, well-maintained setting along Little Bay. Most homes overlook Canoe Lake and the Harbor Oaks area; others have sweeping views of Little Bay. All have private decks that support everyday coastal living.

Bay House remains closely connected to the water. Residents enjoy direct canal access for boating and fishing, along with canal-side fish cleaning stations, three swimming pools, a tennis and pickleball court, and a private boat slip assigned to every residence.

Located just minutes from Rockport-Fulton’s dining, shops, and coastal recreation, Bay House offers privacy without isolation and connection without disruption.

Bay House is proudly owner-governed and carefully maintained through long-standing community standards. This is a place built on shared responsibility and long-term care.

A dedicated on-site management team is available on weekdays to support the upkeep and day-to-day operations of the property. The office works directly with owners to address Association business, property concerns, and community matters. The Association office does not provide administrative or support services directly to renters or tenants; renters should contact their owner or rental management representative for assistance.

Together, owners and management preserve the consistency, appearance, and character of the community.

Private Rentals

Bay House is an owner-governed residential community. All rental arrangements are made directly with property owners or their representatives. The Bay House office and on-site staff do not manage bookings, availability, or guest services.

A select number of residences at Bay House are privately offered for rent by individual owners. All residences privately offered must be registered by the City of Rockport.

Guests are welcomed into a private residential setting and are expected to respect community standards that preserve the quiet, established character of Bay House.
