Our condominium community of 118 units contains both two story units and flats. Each condo has a deck and a space for a pier although not every owner has chosen to build one. There is one marked parking space for each unit and 24 hour boat trailer parking in the lot by building 2000.
Completed in 1981, the Bay House Condominiums are nestled in the Coastal Bend area of Texas. Located by Little Bay, most condos face Canoe Lake and the Harbor Oaks Community. Our complex of 118 condos sports three swimming pools, a tennis court and a boat slip for each unit. Bay House Rockport Fulton is minutes away from restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. Cruise the canals or fish off of your dock, your catch can be easily cleaned at one of our five fish cleaning stations located on the canal side. Bay House is self-run by owners elected for a three-year term. Our elected Board of Directors employ a management team consisting of a property manager and an office manager that are on site weekdays.

Rockport Beach is one solid mile of beautiful bayfront. The beach was the first in Texas distinguished as a “Blue Wave Beach”. Facilities include dozens of palapas for shade, pavilions, restrooms, a playground, and numerous picnic sites.

Bay House Condos are just minutes from Downtown Rockport and Downtown Fulton. Both downtowns offer plenty of shopping opportunities including art galleries, clothing boutiques, jewelry stores, and gift shops.
FOOD
Rockport and Fulton are home to dozens of restaurants, including barbeque, seaside dining, pizza, and of course world-class seafood! Many Rockport-Fulton eateries will even clean and cook your catch!
